To my current heraldic clients: If you are unable to get into your submission files folder from the links that I sent you, please let me know and I will reset the links on Dropbox for you. I still have full access to them, but the sharing links may have been effected. I will keep these files on my personal Dropbox until they are passed, but have two office specific redundancies on two separate cloud systems linked to the Shire Herald's email account (in addition to the pending files living on my personal Dropbox). The archives on the office cloud systems are just the scanned PDF files of each submission (name, device, and badges are all separate files), but the links to your folders on my personal Dropbox, are the layered Photoshop files to make adjustments and modifications easier.
Here is the email from Dropbox:
Hi Maddelena,
We’ve provided details on our blog about a web vulnerability that affects shared links to documents containing hyperlinks. This issue isn’t exclusive to Dropbox, and we haven’t seen any exploitation of the vulnerability. However, as a precautionary measure, we’ve disabled shared links that were created before May 5 to file types (such as PDF or Word docs) that might contain a hyperlink.
We take security very seriously, so we appreciate your patience while we make sure your files are safe.

I am very glad that Dropbox takes these extra measure to keep files safe and I myself have taken measures to keep both the archives and the pending submissions from vanishing. The files themselves are just fine. The only part that has been altered is the shared links to said files. No worries. Everything is still chained up and secured in the restricted section of the herald library. I'm also currently working on obtaining a guard dragon for additional security.
