This week we will take a unique perspective on fundamental footwork. Taking our fighting from forward/backward movement, into the dynamic work of one on one sword dancing! Using these techniques we will be able to deliver more power, convincing faints, and superior mobility to our already growing list of skills making us a much more formidable fighting group.

Footwork is indeed important when fighting someone. Most of the techniques that we practice require a lot of movement. If you want to perform agile techniques, then you need to be able to master your footwork. Sure, it is not an easy task to do, but it will help you improve dramatically. One advice that I can give you, is that you should try to practice on your free time. The best teacher you can have is yourself, that is what I believe.
