One of My Ju-Jitsu Senseis use to tell me That it was wrong, he believed that PERFECT PRACTICE makes perfect. This got me thinking, what is perfection in SCA combat? I honestly can't answer that because there is no specific Form to master, No Kata to drill yourself with, and no panel of judges like in Judo, Ju-Jitsu or many other Martial Arts.
So what can you do to better yourself as a fighter?
here is a short list:
1. Attend fighter Practice!
2. Pell Practice!
Need help making a Pell? Just ask!
3. Ask Questions!
4. Do not be afraid to try new things what works for one person might not work for you..
5. Go to events and stay on the pick up field and pick fights with the Dukes, Knights and Bears, Squires. ask questions.
and Here are some resources to add to your tool box
